 We provide shared housing in a fully furnished home. Residents share bedrooms and common spaces. This model encourages community, structure, and affordability. 

Program fees typically include:

• Wi-Fi 
• Access to shared kitchen and living areas
• Structured support and referrals 
• Case management check-ins (as required)
   

This program is designed for adults who:

• Are working toward greater independence 
• Are open to structure and accountability

No. We are not an emergency shelter. Applicants must complete an intake process and be approved prior to move-in.

 

Yes. Residents may have employment, SSI/SSDI, or other income sources. Program fees must be paid consistently.
 

Visitors must be approved in advance. Overnight guests are not permitted. Visitors are not allowed in bedrooms. 

 No. Pets are not permitted in the home. 

 No drugs or alcohol are allowed at any time on or off the property while participating in the program. Cigarettes may only be used in designated outdoor areas. 

 Yes. The program has a set curfew and established quiet hours to maintain structure, safety, and respect for all residents. 

Housing operates on a month-to-month program basis. Length of stay depends on compliance with program expectations and individual goals. 

Immediate discharge may occur for:

• Violence or threats
• Illegal activity
• Drug distribution
• Repeated rule violations
• Unsafe behavior 
• Nonpayment of program fees
   

This is a structured living program and safety is a top priority.
